Hotel Policies

Check-in is 3 pm. Check-out is 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is not available during the summer season.

Please note that during July and August we reserve the right to not accept reservations that do not include BOTH a Friday and Saturday night stay. US holiday weekends generally require 3 night minimum stays.

Rates are per room, per night for 2 people. Rates are quoted in USD and do not include all applicable taxes of 9%. 50% of the total stay is due at time of booking with the balance due at check in. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability, religion, ancestry, or national origin.  For the comfort of all guests, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 or pets; service animals always welcome.

Each guest room is allocated ONE parking space. The Inn cannot guaranty parking for additional cars and guests are responsible for finding and paying for additional parking.

As much as we love them, we are not a pet-friendly B&B and cannot accommodate furry friends with reservations.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

 

Cancel a Reservation

The cancellation policy for the Inn permits a full refund of the deposit, less a service fee equal to 5% of the deposit amount paid, if more than 14 days notice is given prior to your arrival. After that time, we will make every attempt to book the room. If successful, we will refund any deposits less a $25 service charge. There are no refunds for early departures.

 Please note that reservations booked through third parties such as hotels.com or priceline.com must be cancelled through the appropriate third party.  We are not able to cancel third party reservations.
